Wordless Wednesday~Puppies Coming!

That's right, puppies are on their way! Tulip is about 5 weeks along now, and pups are due at the end of September. We're very excited!

Why 'The Loose Screw'?

About 15 years ago, I had the first of several spine surgeries in my neck where screws and plates were placed. Soon after surgery, pain increased and the surgeon realized that something was amiss. They went back in and realized that a screw had broken free and they couldn't retrieve it. It has since become a joke in our family that Mom has a screw loose because, well, I do! I don't let it bother me, because according to the doctors I'm fortunate to not be paralyzed and here I am walking-thank you God!! Also, when something in life isn't fun, you can still have fun with it!!
