Product Review~Muller Dessert Inspired Yogurt

I love yogurt, and Muller is one of my favorite brands.   They recently came out with new Dessert inspired yogurts-yum! The flavors available currently are:
*Strawberry Cheesecake
*Raspberry Brownie Supreme
*Peach Cobbler
*Dulce de Leche Delight
These yogurts are 5.3 oz. each and 220 calories or less. They have no artificial flavors, sweeteners, or high fructose corn syrup. They are a good source of protein and calcium.

Muller Dessert Yogurts are available at Kroger stores-my local Kroger store is Smiths. You can find a Kroger Family store near you at  www.kroger.com I tried all of the flavors except Peach Cobbler, which was not available.  Of the three I tried, Raspberry Brownie Supreme was my favorite.  These yogurts are a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth while still watching out for your health.

Product Review~Carol's Daughter Hair Milk

I'm part of the Influenster program, and recently they sent me a free bottle of Carol's Daughter Hair Milk Cleansing Conditioner as part of their #FindItAtTarget campaign.  Before this, I had never heard of this brand or product. 

Carol's Daughter Hair Milk is a nourishing and conditioning product with Agave, Shea, and Provitamin B5.  It deeply moisturizes, improves softness, and prevents frizz.  Even better, there are no sulfates, no parabens, no petroleum, no mineral oil, and no artificial colors.

Product Review~Colgate Optic White Toothbrush with Built-In Whitening Pen

I've always wanted whiter teeth.  Especially this one tooth that is stained just a bit more than the rest to be noticeable.  I've tried the strips,  which are fine, but I've always wanted that one tooth to match up to the others.  I've found a solution!

Through the Influenster program, I received a great box with the new Colgate Optic White Toothbrush with Built-in Whitening Pen.  It's really neat-the pen fits inside the handle of the toothbrush, so you'd never even know it was there! 

Colgate is  my favorite brand for oral care products, so I knew this would be another great product.  After you brush, pull the whitening pen out and apply it to your teeth and that's it!  You should start having whiter teeth within two days.  I've been using it on my one tooth, and it is definitely getting closer to matching the other teeth. 

A word of caution, though: I used the pen for several days in a row, and then my tooth started hurting.  I had to wait a few days before starting again.  I've since  learned that this is common, and its best to give your teeth a break if they are sensitive.  Other than that, I had no problems at all and look forward to continuing to whiten my teeth this very convenient way with the Colgate Optic White toothbrush with Built-In Whitening Pen.

Product Review~Meaningful Beauty Creme de Serum

I was recently given a free bottle of Meaningful Beauty's Crème de Serum to try out through the Influenster program.  Meaningful Beauty was created by Cindy Crawford and Dr. Jean Louis Sebagh.  The Crème de Serum contains a unique blend of anti-aging ingredients including superantioxidant melon complex, anti-aging peptides, and hyaluronic acid.  These powerful ingredients help hydrate and firm your skin, giving you a more youthful look.

The Crème de Serum has worked well on my skin-it does feel firmer and more hydrated.  I am looking forward to seeing what my skin is like after a longer time of using the product.  The only thing I would like to see different is the scent.  It wasn't a bad scent, but could be better in my opinion.

Product Review~Dr. Scholl's Active Series Insoles

 

 

 

A few weeks ago, Influenster sent me a pair of Dr. Scholl's Active Series Insoles. These insoles help reduce the shock to your feet from impact during athletic activity.  According to Dr. Scholl's, their Active Series Insoles 'reduce shock by 40% and, for those with Shin Splints, Runner's Knee and Plantar Fasciitis, helps relieve and prevent the pain.'  Now, I'm not a runner.  Due to my spine problems, and the fact that there are unstable areas in my spine currently, I can't do most high impact sports.  So I use an exercise bike that has a back to it, and I like to walk.  I was excited to try out these insoles and see if they helped reduce the impact.

 

Here is a picture of the front and back of the insoles.  What you do is take your current insole out of your shoe, lay it on top and trim the Dr. Scholl's insert to match.  I lucked out and my current insoles are the exact same size, so I didn't have to do any cutting.  They make it easy if you do have to trim with the lines printed on the insoles.  Just put your Dr. Scholl's Insoles in your shoes and you are ready to go!

Dr. Scholl's Active Series Insoles are made with Triple Zone Protection:
*Heel-Heel pad absorbs impact yet is very responsive.
*Arch-Unique arch design improves transition of weight from landing to push-off.
*Ball of Foot-Thick ball of foot helps distribute pressure throughout push-off.

Here are my shoes, all ready with the insoles in them.  I've used them several times, and only have positive things to tell you!  They are very comfortable, definitely giving me more cushion than I previously had.  The arch support was my favorite part-I really felt a difference.  My arches get sore easily, and this arch design helped prevent the pain.

Product Review~Lifeway Kefir

Thanks to Influenster, I have discovered a product that I am in love with.  It is Lifeway Kefir, like yogurt but 99% lactose free, gluten free, a good source of calcium, with live and active probiotic cultures.  There are lots of different products in this line.  So far I have tried the drinkable Kefir, and it is so yummy!  I got it in Raspberry,  and can't wait to try all the other flavors.  It is thick and filling with lots of probiotics that are 'good for the gut'.

Product Review~Palmolive soft touch

Influenster recently sent me two bottles of Palmolive soft touch liquid dish detergent.  I received a bottle of Soft Touch with Vitamin E, and Soft Touch with Aloe.  I kept the Soft Touch with Vitamin E for myself, and shared the other bottle with my Mom.

We were both very pleased with the performance of the product.  It cleaned great, and was very gentle on my hands.  I liked the scent, and the fact that the liquid was pink :)  There is also a Coconut Butter Soft Touch, which I'd like to try next.  You can find Palmolive soft touch at many retailers, including Walmart.  If you'd like to read more about Palmolive soft touch, click here.

Product Review~Colgate Optic White

As a member of Influenster, last month I received a VoxBox full of various samples to try out.  Among other samples, I received Colgate Optic White products-360 toothbrush, mouthwash, and toothpaste.  I was already a fan of these products-the 360 toothbrushes are the best!  Its actually the only toothbrush I will buy now!  The toothpaste and mouthwash are awesome too-your teeth can look whiter within one week and prevent future stains!
